11.08.1994
I created the About Page and the index of the Main Page on my A4000.

How it began...

On August 3rd, 1994 I got the possibility to install my own homepage on the WWW server of the "Institute for Numerical and Applied Mathematics". I made a link to the Amiga WWW Resource and was happy.

Of course I knew that there are a lot of Amiga users out there who also have got a personal homepage but I did not find a quick reference list of this nice and interesting Info-Pages. I thought about writing an email to Michael Witbrock, editor of the "Amiga WWW Resource" to install such a service...

Then suddenly, on August 8th, 1994, it was a thunderstormy night, a very stupid idea came up within me: The only way to handle this is to create my own list. The best contribution to the WWW is to do something yourself!
